Apart from his physiotherapy studies, Olivier is mainly engaged with ‘longevity’ and the science behind it. Longevity encompasses lifespan and quality of life: staying as healthy as possible and living as long as possible. Olivier prefers to see the bigger picture, and he values a scientific approach with this greatly.

Olivier has been hitting the gym since he was 14. It was there that the seed of his interest in the human body and its dynamic functioning was planted. The complexity of the body captivates him endlessly. His enthusiasm has only grown, fueled by the results and satisfaction he personally derives from sports and physical activity.

Our approach is based on you, our client. Symptoms such as pain are often the reason for an appointment. However, what is the actual problem and what do you want to be able to do again? The answer to those questions is usually broader than the physical approach of a conventional physiotherapist and/or trainer. Sometimes there is no quick fix and the solution isn’t sexy. Think of it as a change in behavior.
