Online Personal Training:

You will be guided one on one through a video call. Wherever in the world you might be.


Online Programming:

A tailored program with weekly online feedback.

Including a 2 hour intake consisting of:

– Intake interview

– Goal setting

– Individual assessment

– Going over the entire exercise program together in the studio one on one.


Afterwards you will receive the 4 week training program tailored to your individual needs and goals. We will guide you online with feedback on a weekly basis.
